* Taught English/French at middle school for 7 years * Transferred to high school to teach French 1-4 and Honors English 9 and 10 and regular English - 7 years * Became Assistant High School Principal for two years * Became High School Principal for 5 years * Stepped down and went back into the classroom for 3 years * Asked to come back to principal's position - did that for four years * Stepped down again and taught English and French my remaining 3 years * Have taught at both Bowling Green State Universtiy and Ashland University part time from 1999 to the present. Stopped teaching at BGSU in 2011 because of mileage all the driving. Have taught educational assessment to student prior to their student teaching, graduate courses in Qualitative Research, Curriculum Development, Improving Classroom Improvement,supervised/supervising student teachers during their field experiences and their student teaching as well as supervising administrative Interns. Awards: Norwalk Teacher of the Year 1986, Ohio Administrator of the Year 1991 and Ashland University's Professional Fellow Honor for part time adjunct professors - 2006, 2009 and 2014
